How can I stream live video to xbox

Hi,Ive found a web site where I can watch live sport via my PC.Is there a way that I can stream it xbmc and therefore watch it on my TV?
Please help the kick off is soon.

I have been trying to figure out this as well.

If it is played in a Flash video player, then you need a special script or plugin for the specific website.

If it plays in your own player, then put the url to the actual media file in a text file with a .strm extension and xbmc will play it.
