And it is B E A U T I F U L!!!
But there are lots of things that would make him perfect, and I don't know how to get them.
1. How do I assign a cover for my movie so it could be seen when I am searching for videos in xbMC
2. Is there a way to get a rss channel working - podcasts? And if yes is there a plug in to downoad torrents that comes with RSSs?
3. Is there a remote control that would do plug and play and just work with Linux?

Your question:
"1. How do I assign a cover for my movie so it could be seen when I am searching for videos in XBMC"

Best way to do this is to either find a program called Media Companion or do the following.

1. If you already have covers for each movie.
2. Just make sure the name of the cover is the exact same as the movie file minus the extension.
3. Change the file extension of the cover from .jpg -> .tbn

XBMC will use that cover in Library Mode or File Mode.

Welcome to the forums.
1. This one would be a great way for you to get aquainted with our wiki ;)
2a. Yes, you can add them as a source.
2b. There are a few torrent related scripts, they're 3rd party and I have no idea what they're supposed to do or if they even work. Have a search in the scripting forum.
3. Many have had good luck with the MS MCE remotes.
