Hey Guys,
Im fairly new to the XBMC community and have to say i love what everyone is doing here. So before i start i just want to say thanks for it all.
The Problem:
XBMC Version: (currently running SVN 18128)
Computer: Dell D830 w/ NVS Quadra 140M, 4GB Ram, 2.2Ghz Core2Duo
Os: Windows 7 build 7000 (64 bit)
Video Driver Version: 179.43 (latest Driver for Win7 from Win Update)
Ok first i start xbmc in my normal native resolution, 1280x800 and it starts fine so i exit out, then i plug in to my TV (older Sony TV) with s-video and mirror the two screens at 1024x768, XBMC starts fine like this and automatically goes to the right resolution so i close, but if i unplug my TV and try to start it again at 1280x800 with resolution still set to auto in XBMC then it never comes up, the process starts because i can see it up in the task manager, but it is nowhere in sight, but if i plug back in my TV everything works fine, the only way i can get it to start back up in 1280x800 is to delete my guisettings file then it starts fine again at 1280x800.
