XBMC is adding files to the library from drives not added as sources

I have 6 physical drives in my HTPC, and have set up 4 as sources within XBMC. For some reason, XBMC is also adding files from the other two drives (programs drive and bit-torrent seeding drive), which is very annoying. When I couldnt solve the problem my removing all sources and re-adding, I wiped XBMC from my system completely and reinstalled, but the problem persists.

I'm using the latest Jester build with external player patch.

Any ideas?

Well, it's been doing this for about two weeks, with 4 different installs of XBMC (all different Jester builds), so I'm betting it's not an issue with that particular release, but rather something stored on my system I don't know about.

A debug log would be a very good start to find out why this is happening.
