How do I set aspect ratio?

Hi all,

New to this forum so apologies if this has been answered already.

I have some ripped DVDs that come on a variety of aspect ratios (4:3, 16:9 etc).

Is there anyway to set XBMC to automatically adjust itself to the correct aspect ratio for the media playing?

It should already out of the box. There was a bug where it didn't that was fixed recently - I'm not sure if the version you have has that or not.

In either case, Z on the keyboard toggles this, and it can also be toggled from the video settings, which is available from the video OSD while a movie is playing.
