Help: Remote (Keymap.xml)

Whenever I replace either...

/Applications/XBMC.app/Contents/Resources/XBMC/system/Keymap.xml

or

/Users/frontrow/Library/Application Support/XBMC/userdata/Keymap.xml

My AppleTV remote no longer functions and I have to reinstall XBMC.

I've don it before and was using it with no issues for about 3 Months, then 2 days ago... without any updates or changes, it stopped working.
