No names for TV shows

XBMC displays no episode names in library view. I just get empty space and sometimes playtime. All episodes can be selected and played and the filenames show correct in file mode.

No difference if I install over PPA or compile from source. I did several clean installs and tried stable and tester builds.

System:
Ubuntu 8.10
XBMC pre 9.04 SVN 17598
i686
Intel Core2 Quad @2,5Ghz
ATI Radeon HD 4800

Sorry that this reply isn't an answer. But I just wanted to tell you that I am having the same exact problem.

Like you, I'm also running it on Ubuntu, but ver 8.04 and the same svn co number.

Hope somebody can shed some light on this! :)
