Stream keeps stopping.

I use xbmc to view football matches from TVUplayer. I have spent ages fiddling with poor quality streams to find out that all i need was a newer version of xbmc. Now I have a new problem; Every couple of minutes the stream stops! and I have to click on the .strm file to restart the stream.

Does anyone know why this is?

have had this problem with streams aswell (not on the xbox, but on my laptop with wireless) try setting the cache to somewhat higher

Which cache? - there are so many!

also I used to have a No Cache option when i pressed menu during playback and went to the Video option, but since I updated xbmc this option is gone.
