Screensaver Mode not working properly

I have upgraded from the XBOX version of XBMC to Windows (Vista). When I used to set the screensaver mode to Black, the screen would go totally black (as I assume it should). In the latest Jester Build, when Black is selected, the screen only dims to about 80%.

I often forget to turn the computer off and don't want to get screenburn on my plasma. Is there any other way of making the screen go totally black for the screensaver?

There's a bug in Trac for that. Supposedly the dimming isn't variable on Windows right now.

I use the Fanart screensaver instead.
