View Full Version : Movies present but text not displaying
I have a problem whereby I can scroll down all my movies and the cover will change, but no titles / movie info is viewable.
I have tried cleaning the database but it didn't work.
This is deadly serious and I must resolve it as soon as possible :p ;)

Screenshot isn't necessary...especially that one. DO NOT post adult material on our forums.
Where is all of the info that is actually useful, like a debug log of the scan and maybe mentioning which scraper you're using?
My sincerest apologies. I saw another post with 18+ and assumed it was ok - I shouldn't have done so. Strangely I have my normal movies working perfectly on another profile.
In an attempt to get it working I have used many different scrapers:
Adult CD Movies
Adult DVD Empire
Adult Film Database
Excalibur
Jaded Video

I tried deleting the database and rescanning using Jaded Video only but the same thing happened.

Please enable debugging in settings > system and scan again. All logs go to a service such as pastebin.com.
I think I have solved it, kind of.

The scraper adultcdmovies.xml is broken because the website no longer exists.
The scrapers adultdvdempire, excalibur, and jadedvideo will appear the retrieve information, and do get covers... but the titles and information do not appear in library mode.
The only one that works and retrieves all information as the imdb would do for normal movies is adultfilmdatabase.xml, although it only managed to get data for about half of the films unfortunately.
Ok, I've done a bit more testing.
Adultfilmdatabase retrieved information and covers without any errors.
I started a debug after changing the scraper to Excaliburfilms (latest version from allthekiller trunk on svn). It worked for the most part although grabbed a cover for one but didn't get the title/info.
When I switched to Jadedvideo EVERY result would be cover only :(
