plugins/programs not being created

CDirectory::Create("special://xbmc/plugins/programs");

i guess i must have created this on my own, but shouldn't xbmc create this folder?

IIRC it's created on os x, but I wasn't certain so didn't add it to the others.

EDIT: r17551 should take care of it.
