Shutdown freeze only when running python script

Hi,
there is a thread in the xbox section describing the problem, that xbmc freeze when a python script is running at shutdown.
I have the problem in the windows version and the fix from the newer svn build (after 8.10) did not work for me.
Anyone else with the same problem

my system
windows xp sp3, xbmc rev 17541-jester, autostart xbmcfritz script
