Can't download XBMC today [Archive]

Get this error:

W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/team-xbmc-svn/ubuntu/pool/main/x/xbmc/xbmc-common_8.10final1svn16188-intrepid1_i386.deb
404 Not Found

Also:

W: GPG error: http://archive.ubuntu.com intrepid-updates Release: The following signatures were invalid: BADSIG 40976EAF437D05B5 Ubuntu Archive Automatic Signing Key <ftpmaster@ubuntu.com>

What is wrong?

That version of the file no longer exists on the server.

Run:

sudo apt-get update
