Hi I have the following build.
Gibabyte DS3L with E6750 (3.0 GHz Dual core Proc), 4 gb ram, XP SP3, with PNY 8600 GT 256mb video card. Everything works well. Then I activated SD content upscaling under the XBMC setting and every show starting dropping frames like crazy...video still runs...but I can easily tell there are dropped frames and the codec info screen list frames dropped in the thousands and consistently rising as the video is played.
Is this a issue with XBMC where the software upscaling isn't too stable or is there a problem in my build/software config. I tried all different methods for upscaling and all drop frames. Any help will be appreciated. I am running XBMC on 42 inch 720p Panasonic Viera TV.
