Several questions on the IMDB info and icons.

Hello xbmc users.

I have some questions regarding the beautifull imdb info and dvd cover icons i've set up with the onboard feature in xbmc 8.10.

What happens if i move the files to another drive letter? Can xbmc keep the existing infos, or do i have to start over?

I'm going to install xbmc on my second HTPC - is there any way to make it copy the fanart, dvd ikons, imdb info, settings etc. to the new install? That would help me very much, since i've used alot of hours on tweaking and adjusting xbmc to my needs.

Download a community build from this forum that is older than rev17034 but later than 8.10 and install it. (imdb lookup was unfortunately disabled in that revision (http://xbmc.org/forum/showthread.php?t=43626)).
Export your library to separate files (http://xbmc.org/wiki/?title=Import_-_Export_Library#Import_.2F_Export_options), with fanart and thumbs.

Enable the cleanonupdate (http://xbmc.org/wiki/?title=Advancedsettings.xml#.3Cvideolibrary.3E) advanced setting.
(Take good notice on how to create an advancedsettings.xml file, don't forget the <advancedsettings> xml tags

Now you can move them anywhere you like and update library (http://xbmc.org/wiki/?title=Video_Library#Video_Context_Menu_in_Library _Mode) will keep your db up to date.
Now you can also generate a new db on a second machine with all the same info.
