Ok i just put my music into xbmc and I have over 1200 albums and like 4 album covers in there is there any easy way to retreive album art or do i have to download every album cover and call it folder.jpg and put them in each folder.

Did you tell it to scan for new music? If you did and it only found 4 covers than your music collection tags are all out of whack. I would suggest downloading Media Monkey and using that to re-tag your collection.
Yeah, personally i attach all tags and cover art before i import music into XBMC. I insert the art into the tags themselves so that it is always there.
For movies though, XBMC is the best at scraping for thumbnails and fanart.

So if i go into media monkey and get it to download all new folder.jpg files for each album it should work out well..
I just have so much music its so hard to manage.
Right now its all messed up cause i had it in itunes.. its setup in folders like
Deftones then under that folder is all folders of all the albums.
