sound is like screaming into the woods

hi all,
i use the XBMC Live on ASUS P5N7A-VM complete guide
playback from HD movies works great with dts sound ..
when i playback a xvid/mp3 file the sound is like an echo.. the sound is like if you screaming into the woods, sometimes the sounds is normal for 1 sec then it happend again..

i am a linux noob..
and my english is bad..

i found the error alsa update script is broken..
