Due to the increasing popularity of fanart and the number of questions I get regarding where to get fanart sets, I decided to make one thread with the links to everything that was out there to save people time and hunting.

If I've missed something, or you'd like me to add a pack you've made, let me know, and I'll add it to the list.

In preperation for the long-awaited Aeon Stark, I'm also working on a NEW pack of some really really great backdrops, which should be done in a couple of days. The phrase "eye-popping" comes to mind when I go through them. I've currently got over 250 images, and I'm only a quarter of the way through the alphabet.

So, in addition to everything here, expect one JUMBO download containing everything shown below, as well as the new pack I'm working on.

The fun part is, I plan on downloading everything up there, consolidating it, and then sorting it out. Something along the lines of having one pack with EVERYTHING, and then another that are like "The best of" for music, movies, TV, etc. B/C while there are a lot of images, I know that there are the ppl that want only the tastiest images for their home page. :D

So, in addition to the new movie pack I'll be releasing, there should also be a few nice superpacks for the various sections.

What pack do you guys recommend me to get.I want any backdrops that don't have to be changed to work in bigger skins like MediaStream and Aeon.

I use Xbox to run my XBMC and have it set at 720p.I use the lighter Mediastream mod for less ram usage just so I can change my backdrops on my home screen.

Well, Theoretically you could use all the packs posted here at 720p. But I have been using the xbox untill last month and it's my experience that using backdrops and fanart at 720p in combination with a fairly large DB is a no-go. I only used Aeon, but Mediastream is no difference.
So I think you gonna have to resize the 720p pictures you can download here. I resized all the backdrops for the Xbox with about 20%. You can do it in bulk with the tool Irfanview (http://www.irfanview.com/)

BTW has anyone made there own backdrops where it's just a pattern or gradient. Maybe something minimal that are meant for XBMC? It would be cool to see some with a minimal style and text labeling sections even.

Thanks fekker! Those thumbnails are awesome, that's a insanely large pack. Good selection as well. It's a bummer they're not 1080p but that's fine since I've been using 720p music backdrops for a while now since it's near impossible to find good 1080p ones for some reason.

I'm in the process of making an all 1080p pack atm. Hopefully I'll have it done by the end of the week.
