Allow option to build without libfaac

I submitted a patch that could make building with libfaac optional.

As I explained in the bug report, I want to build packages for Debian that can be later synced into Ubuntu. Debian doesn't have (and probably won't have) libfaac.

Patch applied. What are your plans for adding packages to Debian?

I'm aiming for getting packages uploaded into Debian. libfaac was one thing that needed to be addressed before I could get packages uploaded.

DVDCSS is another, which I'm working on right now.
