Apple TV is frozen.

I have a new ATV running lasted update from Apple. I loaded the patchstick. Ran the software updates in XBMC and Boxee. Restarted and everything was running fine until I changed the screen resolution in XBMC. I first changed to the full screen, which worked fine. Then I tried 480p and that's when I had problems. I restarted the ATV and when the menu comes up I can't scroll through the menu or access anything in my Apple TV.

Is there a fix for this?

Can I restore my ATV to original settings?

Software version 2.3

It is still visible in itunes.

I'm able to stream music through ATV.

It seems that the remote is not working. I get an amber light on ATV when I use remote. Tried another remote, same problem.

Finally did a factory restore. Everything is working fine now.
