SDL.dll not found

Hi all, sorry if this is an obvious one but I cant seem to fix it :oo:

I have installed XBMC for windows, no problems there, but when I try to run it I get an error reading, to paraphrase, "SDL.dll not found, try re-installing"

I can see SDL.dll in the folder in the same place as the XBMC.exe but I cant get it to work, tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no joy, any ideas?

oops ignore me, i was being a complete idiot (next time I will copy a shortcut to the exe not the exe itself haha!)
