Hi there. Just found XBMC by coincidence when Googling why I was experiencing choppy 720p-playback in VLC.
XBMC seemed to be an interesting program, so I decided to try it.

But, trying to play any video file in XBMC, results in the same blueish/purplish image everytime, see image:

What the heck is going on? Have Googled the problem but found nothing, looked through the first 5 pages of the forum but didn't see anything.

Is it some easy problem that I'm going the get a slap on the wrist for?

Cheers!

believe it's fixed with a setting an advancedgui.xml. Your OSX version and hardware would be nice to know.

Well, just changing the Render Method to ARB seems to have solved the problem.
Big thanks and a slap on the wrist for me... :o
