updates - which ones can i do

im currently running

ATV - 2.2
XBMC Launcher 0.6
XBMC 8.10 Atlantis

and i have autoupdates disabled on the ATV

can someone tell me which updates are safe to do now?

Not sure which is safe and not sure if you are looking for opinions but for me, I am very happy with the following:

ATV OS 2.2
XBMC Launcher 0.8
XBMC Atlantis Beta 2

This combo has been very stable for me.
