Playing a Vid - press ESC, main menu comes up infront of Vid, how to get back to vid?

Hey all

Set up my media centre in my lovely antec fusion case, and running newest XBMC with MediaStream

Just one little problem I have found...

Whenever I am playing a VIDEO and press ESC the main menu slides up infront of the video, i still have control of the video and can pause & play it etc, but I cannot get rid of the menu agian to go back to just the video!!

Any help would be apreciated

TAB is the default button for toggling between fullscreen and back again.
