XBMC restart from XBMC?

I have problems with HDMI audio handshake with both my receiver and/or TV when my HTPC resumes from standby. Is there an option to restart XBMC app from within XBMC?

I control everything via a Harmony remote so it would be ideal to be able to restart XBMC with a remote press when issues arise instead of pulling out the keyboard to restart XBMC.

Looks like there is an XBMC.RestartApp command. Does anyone know where the Shutdown Menu can be edited? Or how to edit the XBMC Eventghost plugin to add XBMC.RestartApp macro?

More info but still not working. I found that DialogButtonMenu.xml controls the ShutdownMenu. I edited Exit XBMC to run XBMC.RestartApp instead of XBMC.Quit and it doesn't work. XMBC just closes down and doesn't relaunch itself.

Is this function just not implemented in XBMC for Windows?
