I installed an XBMC the other day for a friend and he asked if there was a screen for stocks like the screen for the weather. I figuered I would pass the suggestion along.

There is a script called xscripts that does this. I don't know if it works on anything but xbox which is where i last used it, or if it even works anymore at all, but you might as well give it a shot. I highly doubt the devs would be too interested in making stocks a default part of XBMC but you never know. I'd check out that script and if its not working see if anyone is willing to help in the scripts/plugins forum.
you could probably do it with an rss feed.
