is it possible to make the xbox more quiet? i'm looking for a realistic method to make the xbox more quite. i guess that equals changing fans - and if so; what kind of fan is advicedable to use? - but maybe there is another way.
if someone has experience of a working method, i'm all ears!

the default xbox system fan is a 5volt 60mm one, but i (and other) have managed to replace with a 12volt 80mm one, (with some modifications (http://www.xbox-scene.com/tutorials.php?t=0,0,0,0,0,1,0,0,0,0,0,0)). i got my fan from www.quietpc.com (http://www.quietpc.com) where i also recently bought a zalman zm17-cu graphic-card heatsink (perfect fit) to replace the gpu-fan, and a motherboard/northbridge heatsink. www.quietpc.com (http://www.quietpc.com) also sells acousti's "acoustic material kits" (http://www.acoustiproducts.com/), zalman fan mate (fan speed controller) and rounded ide-cables if you really want to take it to the limit. more information on how-to make the xbox more quiet can be found in xbox-scene.com's hardware tutorials (link) (http://www.xbox-scene.com/tutorials.php?t=0,0,0,0,0,1,0,0,0,0,0,0).
