hi. my feature request is being able to specify the running of a script from any bookmark. this would make it a lot easier for people to add scripts in their music, video etc... menus without having to mod the skins.
if this was added then i think it would be a lot easier to upgrade to new versions as well without having deal with modding the skins every time as the configs would solely be in the xml config.
scripts have gotten to be too useful to be buried in settings or require skin modding to be made easier to execute.
ps i'd also love to have the locaation of scripts and other config info to be located in smb shares, so i can store the configs on an smb share for all the xboxes in the house to be able to read from.
it would also be great if i could just have a short xboxmediacenter.xml file that would just config the network and the transfer execution to a file requested via dhcp or via ftp/smb etc.. xbmc is too cool to not have one by every tv in the house, and i'd love to have the config, script, bookmark, etc. data shared centrally among all boxes.
do other folks agree?
thanks,
mike
