Hibernate / standby issues

I'm having issues with hibernate / standby - when i press power with either selected - i get a white flashing cursor in the top left - then does nothing, even if i leave it for a while - any reason for this ?

board is an abit an-m2hd with amd processor and nvidia gfx onboard

other than that - everything is great - top work!

Check your /var/log/pm-suspend.log to see what happened during suspend. Also check your /var/log/syslog for errors.
