XBMC Reset defaults or factory restore?

Hi, Appoligies if this has already been mentioned, I don't have my glasses and my eye's are killing me.

I installed XBMC with no issues, however after playing with screen resolutions I get an error 4 and exit, and then an error 10 and freeze. I can't seem to be able to change open XBMC anymore.

Is there an easy way to reset XBMC back to defaults?

Hi,

Suddenly, Xbmc stopped playing files.
When i choose (press play) in a folder or even a movie, XBMC freezes...

The only way I could make it work again, was to factory restore AppleTV and then reinstall atvflash + xbmc - which is a lot of work ...

Is there a reset to default only to xbmc?
