Hello!

I have been using xbmc with my old X-Box for a long time and I've gotten used to my Logitech wireless controller. Now I am building a htpc with Windows and XBMC.

I made an usb adapter to my controller and installed Mad Catz -drivers for it. The controller works now perfectly otherwise, but XBMC won't work with it. It is named "MadCatz XBox Device" in device manager. I also tried to chance the joystick name in Keymap.xml to that but no luck.

What can I do? Is there a log or something somewhere?

I do not want to use XBCD drivers because the controller is not fully supported.

my guess would have been to use the xbcd drivers for controllers not remote. I have the remote working flawless but haven't gotten around to trying to get a wireless controller for games working yet

Just installed xbmc to ubuntu and everything works. Wireless controller, dualhead, optical out, everything. Problem (kinda) solved. Good enough for me :)
