Ive searched and read the tutorials and read the faqs.

I have a freshly formatted pc that i have laying around and ive decided to make it into a media server. The folks at Xlink sugested to me to install XBMC on it. I did and when I try to run it i always get an error. On my main PC it runs fine.

Idk what version of openGL the other PC uses or what it is or how to get it. I imagine i will have to upgrade and install a video cad because its running off whats on-board.

Its a windows xp sp1 (has no updates of any kind except for drivers)
256 ram
celeron D
320gb hdd
on board GFX and sound

Can u help me?

You probably need to upgrade the drivers for your video card.
If you look in your log file, it should tell you what version of opengl your card is using.

The log file in the XBMC folder or a log file for the video card?
