Newbie problem

Im running xbmc with ubuntu hardy All working except I can't figure out how to add scripts In the scripts tab it ust shows "my scripts" and "common scripts" I cant find the folder there contained in to add manually. Can't wait to get it all up and running. Cheers for any help

Also on the live version te web server was available at localhost:8080 but I can't seem to find where to switch on with the installed version.

Hi,

The folders are hidden. Presss ctrl+h in your home directory and you should see .xbmc folder with all other subdirectories, also the script folder. To hide all folders again press ctrl+h.
