Lines on the screen

Hello guys,

I get some strange graphical error sometimes, its hard to explain how it looks like but its small lines next to each other, they are there for just a millisecond or something. If something moves fast from up to down for example, there are lines in the object that moves. Also appear on ppls faces sometimes..

I guess this error has a name, if so, what is it called and is there any way to fix it?

I could try to make a movie of it with my cellphone camera if it would help..

XBMC Live Atlantis Beta 2 installed to HDD.
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-73PVM-S2H,nForce-630i+GF7100
CPU: INTEL CORE 2 DUO E8500 3.1GHZ 6MB 1333MHZ S-775
MEMORY: Corsair TWIN2X 6400 DDR2, 2048MB CL5 Kit w/two matched CM2X1024A-6400 Dimm's

try enabling v-sync in settings, appearance ,screen , vertical blank sync. Put it to always enabled.

Yeah, v-sync i had already enabled..
