Having a few problems with BluRay discs...

I am using AnyDVD to copy the BluRay to my hard disc and sometimes I can just locate the biggest or biggest few .m2ts files and delete the rest and then add to my library and they play fine.

Other times I have a lot of .m2ts files and they don't play or they will play and will only have foreign languages available.

Just wondered if anyone had a definitive guide for how to decrypt BluRays and play them through XBMC.

Thanks in advance!

The best way I have found is using eac3to. (Thanks BLKMGK for puting me on to it)
You can mux the main movie to mkv and xbmc will play it no problems.

A very long thread but well worth it.

Can compress those files to about 50% of their original size and still have terrific playback quality too. I use meGUI which is Windows based but it's simply feeding a long commandline to X264 to encode it. Once compressed I mux it back with the MKVtools utility. there's tutorials on Doom9 for this and on the Slysoft forums - I wrote or contributed to some of them. Should probably write a new one or updated one here - if time allows.
