I'll give 50 bucks to the person who can help me get a directory (pictures) on my Vista PC to share with XBMC on ATV.

I am SO frustrated with Vista.

Can't get it to share with a win 2000 box either.

So- again, 50 bucks... but it's gotta work when we are done.

Anyone?

Check the XBOX forums. Tons of people have fought vista to get SMB going in there.

I was having some issues and then I realized I could add the "everyone" account to the share and it worked fine. Also, don't have a password on your user account on your computer; I'm not sure if that one is a big deal, but I did it anyway. That's all I did to get my movies working. Maybe that will help you.
