Screen settings ARRRAAHHH!!!!!!

I'm at my wit's end...

how the hell do I blow my screen settings away? I'm using VNC and want to start over. there must be some config file I can blow away, right?

nuke this file to reset your GUI settings ==> ~/Library/Application Support/XBMC/userdata/guisettings.xml
