[APPLE TV] Video playback issue over component output

Not sure what is happening during video playback but there are horizontal bands where the picture shifts slightly during hi-motion or scene changes. It's not shaded (like in the picture) but bands show something like that.

This is running a 1280x720p (full) over component to an LG plasma. In frontrow the playback is normal and the GUI in XBMC is as well.

Is vsync enabled (Settings->Appearance->Screen) ?

I'm having exactly the same problem. It only occurs during fast-moving scenes. I'm running 1280x720 via HDMI to a Sharp 47" LCD.

I'll check the vsync setting when I get home. The same file plays perfectly in Boxee, but I'd prefer to use XBMC.
