[APPLE TV] Why does my Apple Remote stop functioning after a while?

After awhile the apple remote doesnt seem to work. I can click and hear a feedback noise but i cant go up down left or right?

I have the screensaver setting set to off in my xbmc settings too.

Make sure to turn off the screensaver in frontrow :)
