Cannot launch XBMC from path : /Applications/XBMC.app/Contents/MacOS/XBMC

On my Apple TV.
I have installed thus:
Pulled "XBMCLauncher.frappliance" from the usb-creator
Copied this to "/System/Library/CoreServices/Finder.app/Contents/Plugins/" on the Apple TV
rebooted the Apple TV
XBMC is available as a menu item in the ATV menu
Select update from the XBMC menu and the ATV downloads and "installs"
Select XBMC from the XBMC menu and I get the following error:


Cannot launch XBMC from path: Applications/XBMC.app/Contents/MacOS/XBMC

This is driving me mad...
I've tried this:

ssh in and

tail -f /Library/Logs/Console/501/console.log

during the install and launch. Post output to www.pastebin.com and stick the URL here so I can look at it the log.

Hey I looked at the log and could see that it was because the installer didn't have write rights (I think), after "sudo mount -uw /" I tried again and BINGO I've got something working.
I've got to go to work now - I've copied the output to:
