Question about nfo filename naming

If I have a two part movie how do I name the nfo file for it? For example, let's say I have:

Meet the Parents (2000) - Part 1.avi
Meet the Parents (2000) - Part 2.avi

Do I name the nfo file for this movie:

Meet the Parents (2000).nfo

OR

Meet the Parents (2000) - Part 1.nfo
