My ISO file brings up the dvd menu but it is stuck in that menu screen. i'm unable to proceed from there. i use a mouse and its buttons only control xbmcs controls. how do I switch to dvd menu control on my mouse? i tried right clicks, left clicks and other combinations....

i searched all over and could not find previous posts or tutorials..

ok. i just found out that if I select "DVD" on that popup xmc control, i can control the dvd menu with a keyboard. But can I do the same with a mouse? i.e, switch between xbmc control and dvd menu control?

Hi,

I do not have the solution for your problem but I just want to say that after installing the IRserver and configured everything for my MS MCE remote I can use it perfectly with DVD-isos (menus works just as well as eny other DVD-player).

Cheers,

Mouse support for DVD menus was added in r15553, so is included with Atlantis beta 1.

The problem, I believe is that the OSD pops up when you move the mouse, thus rendering this a bit useless.

It will be remedied for the final release.

Cheers,
Jonathan

Thanks, I installed Beta and it works great now. All I need to do it click "dvd" on the OSD and gives mouse control to dvd menu. I could not get back to OSD though. only way to do it is to play the movie and move the mouse to bring up OSD.

It works fine after the installation of the IRserver (mentioned in other threads), otherwise it works but not satisfying... when switching in menues etc. it makes double-jumps. IRserver completely fixed all my problems!

I wonder if they have fixed this in todays BETA2-release... will test tonight!
