View Full Version : Highest quality video display for XBMC on Xbox?

I just bought a 720p HDTV and want the best possible display of XBMC. Here are the four video displays I know of, can someone please tell me which ones XBMC will display in and what kind of cable I need to buy?
1. HDMI - (Yes) (No) Cable:
2. Composite - (Yes) (No) Cable:
3. S-Video - (Yes) (No) Cable:
4. AV - (Yes) (No) Cable: Standard
(That last one is obvious, I know, that's why I filled it in.)

Well, there's no hdmi for xbox, so the best quality you can get is component (Red, Green, Blue)
You will need an AV pack for the xbox in order to use this cable.

Oh sorry, I meant Component for #2 in my first post (can't edit). Where can I buy an AV pack for the xbox?

That'll do it, but you can probably get one cheaper then that.
I'd try ebay or search at other online stores.
I think I bought my PS2 and Xbox component cables for 2-4 bucks on ebay.
