When one of the sources is not available browsing the available sources/videos takes a very long time. Also going back from viewing movie information to movie folder listing is painfully slow.
I guess XBMC always wait for the source timeout to appear. Is there a solution for this apart from manually removing the source itself?

This will happen if you have a multipath source and one of them is off or unavailable.

I don't think there's anything that can be done about it really, other than completely ignoring the source which would mean you wouldn't know if you then went and turned it back on again. This isn't a very good solution IMO.

Your best bet is to separate out shares that you know go offline for whatever reason so that it doesn't impact the rest of them.
