album artist folder structure

What is the recommended way of organizing your music folder structure for xbmc.

All my music is organized music/artist/album. The only problem with this is that I get all the artists listed without any cover art; then only when I navigate into artists I see all the albums with cover art.

Do you guys not use an artists folder?

Most use the library.

Thanks...I was using the library also; but unfortunately my scan didn't work so it didn't get any artist information. I tried again a few times and it finally did :)

In Music settings you have to check "fetch artist info on scan" or something like that for it to automatically grab artist thumbs when you scan your music into the library.

If you want to do it without the library, use music/artist/folder.jpg
