Support for MP4 video - sound would be nice

got loads of mp4 video clip (from a small video clip recorder) and from my video mobile phone but xbmc plays them without sound. getting sound would be cool.

xbmc already supports aac, m4a, mp4 (mpeg-4 audio) (including nero digital mp4) as long as it's unprotected containers.

test if your file play in mplayer win32 for windows, if it doesn't then please address the issue to mplayer (http://www.mplayerhq.hu) to sort out your issue.
