What infrared remote setup should I get?

I'm looking to buy an infrared remote control for my setup. Just wondered if anyone could give me a clue if they've found a remote that has worked particularly well with XBMC-linux. (Or particularly badly!)

Many people use microsoft media center remotes. Others use a wireless keyboard/mouse, or a miniature such as Logitech's diNovo mini. Still others have even used the Wiimote.
