Flickering in full screen

Hi to all.
Download the latest XBMC for windows, work perfect in win mode, but in full screen mode my tv is flickering.
The sound work.
I have SONY TFT 32U2000 with VGA connection.
The VGA card is onboard, the M/B is Gigabyte, but dont remember the model this time:no:
My HTPC work perfect with Win XP and many other application. I have this problem only in full screen in XBMC.

I get this if its requesting access to the net but not getting it if i minimise with the windows key Sygate will be asking me if I want to allow it access to the network perhaps your fire wall is blocking without ask you if it should mine ask for confirmation every time I upgrade.

Thanks but i have the flickering without firewall and after minimise in full screen. I not have problem with network. Any ideas?
