movies on demand plugin :- re-worked

They changed the video providers and the way the fetch the urls.

Megavideo have changed format recently and generally everything about this plugin needed to be re-done.

Yeh I noticed over a period of a few days this one progressively stopped working. Will update all the xboxes when I get home this weekend ;)
