I have updated all language.py to use Titlecase for languagefolders (eg: English) instead of lowercase (eg: english).
Also I have updated all languagefolders to Titlecase (both in scripting svn aswell as addons svn).
Please remember to "svn update" before commiting.
Hope this works smooth and don't break things. If some issues arises, please inform me.
